Public Notice – Fort Rucker Environmental Assessment for Integrated Pest Management Plan

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Army, Fort Rucker, Alabama, has prepared a Final Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) for the Implementation of an Integrated Pest Management Plan at Fort Rucker, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Copies of the EA have been provided for public review at the Daleville Public Library located at 308 Donnell Boulevard, Daleville, Alabama, 36322, phone number 334-503-9119; and the Fort Rucker Center Library, Building 212, 5th Ave., Fort Rucker, Alabama, 36362, phone number 334-255-3885; and the Sustainable Fort Rucker website at: https://www.fortrucker-env.com/ under the Programs tab and then the NEPA tab. The EA will be available for review and comments for 30 days starting 3 Spetember 2018. Comments on the EA should be sent to: Ms. Leigh Jahnke, Directorate of Public Works, Environmental and Natural Resources Division, ATTN: IMRC-PWE, Building 1121, Fort Rucker, Alabama, 36362 or leigh.b.jahnke.civ@mail.mil. Comments will be addressed and incorporated into the Final EA.
